The mission of South County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is to provide the finest quality health care, rehabilitative and support services to our residents and their families.
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well-being of our patients.
In every aspect of the care we provide, one belief remains constant: our residents deserve the finest care possible. We strive to provide that care in the most appropriate and cost-effective setting with an emphasis on dignity and individuality.
For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. Celebrating life! At South County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, we look for ways to bring people together to share pleasant activities. Birthday parties, luncheons, musical entertainment and games are just some of the many celebrations and special events we host for residents and families.
