Administrator: Jennifer Fairbank, RN

Jennifer Fairbank, RN, BSN has 20 years of experience in healthcare, nursing, quality assurance and nursing home administration. She is a certified as both a nursing home administrator and an assisted living administrator. Her nursing experience includes hospital based acute care and outpatient OB/Gyn care.
 

Director of Admissions: Melissa Frias, RN

Melissa Frias is a Registered Nurse who has worked in hospitals in Connecticut and Rhode Island for the last 11 years. She has worked in nursing supervision and management for the last 5 years and has worked in subacute care as an MDS Coordinator. Melissa has extensive training in Customer Service Satisfaction and Press Ganey, graduating in 1994 with a BSN from Mt. St. Mary College in Newburgh, NY. Melissa is dedicated to helping the residents of South County through the admissions process as quickly and easily as possible.
 

Director of Nursing Services: Carol Rondeau

Carol Rondeau has worked in health care for over 27 years. She is an experienced skilled care unit manager and is responsible for MDS and care plans. Her experience also includes working as a Medicare coordinator where she monitored Medicare billing and documentation.
 

Director of Physical Therapy: Alan Hoff

Alan Hoff is an experienced physical therapist. He was previously employed by the Endura Care Therapy Company.
 

Director of Social Services: Roy Harley

Roy Harley has over 9 years in health care experience. He holds an associate degree in arts and a BA in anthropology and sociology, as well as a graduate certificate in health services administration.
